Description

High quality new formula polyurethane enamel paint, suitable for interior and exterior use. It can be applied onto all wooden surfaces such as doors, windows, cupboards etc. and on metallic surfaces. It has excellent hiding power and whiteness, great elasticity, excellent working and levelling properties providing a perfect ﬁnish. It exhibits high durability, excellent yellowing resistance and very good resis-tance to washing.

PREPARATION - APPLICATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces should be smooth, clean and dry, free from grease or dust and sanded.
Properly prepared wooden surfaces (treated with wood preservative Diaxyl Extra, stoppered, ﬁlled with Acrylic Putty and sanded down to a clean, smooth surface) should be coated with Velatura. Then the surface must be rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and remove the dust.
Metal surfaces should be coated with an anticorrosive primer (Anti-Rust Primer, Minio Primer or Metal Primer). Glossy metal surfaces (aluminum, galvanized steel etc) should be ﬁrst coated with Primer for Glossy Surfaces or Wash Primer..

APPLICATION

Stir well before use. Apply two coats by roller or brush diluted up to 2% with Brush Solvent T 300 or airless spray gun diluted up to 2% with Spray Gun Solvent
T 350. Do not apply at temperatures below 5oC, above 35oC and/or relative humidity above 80%. It is touch dry after 3-4 hours and can be recoated after 20-24 hours. Drying time depends on weather conditions (humidity and temperature). Allow at least 30 days before cleaning and washing newly painted
surfaces with Platinum. Clean rollers, brushes, floor stains, etc. with Brush
Solvent T 300 and then with soapy water or detergent. Use Spray Gun Solvent T 350 to clean spray guns.
