Antimicrobial emulsion paint for interior use

Description

Antimicrobial mat emulsion paint for interior use. It provides great hiding power and coverage, exceptional whiteness
and high durability to frequent washing. With antimicrobial activity in the paint film according to ISO 22196 (Report No :
2020/04/055.3C). Low odour product during its application due to the absence of ammonia or other dangerous substances, such as aromatic hydrocarbons, free formaldehyde, heavy metals or alkylphenolethoxylates. Vito Plus is ideal for areas such as children’s rooms, doctor’s practices, schools, kindergartens, gyms, hotels, food storehouses e.tc.

Preparation - Application

PREPARATION

Surfaces should be smooth, clean and dry, free from grease, dust, loose or flaking paint. Vito Plus is directly applied on already painted surfaces as long as the old paint is sound. To fill any cracks or holes use Acrylic Putty or Visto.
Old surfaces previously covered with water paints or distempers (lime wash or ceiling white) should be primed with Acrylan Unco Eco or Durovit.
New surfaces made of plaster, concrete, cement, plasterboard, etc. should be first primed with 100% Acrylic Primer or Acrylan Unco Eco.
Surfaces stained from smoke, graffity, coffee or any other kind of stain should first be primed with Blanco Eco or Vitosin.

APPLICATION

Dilute up to 10% with water and stir well before use. Apply the first coat by brush, roller or airless spray gun. Recoat after 3-4 hours. Application at 5-35°C and <80% RH. The product must be exclusively tinted through Vitex Coloring System in the recommended base. Tools must be cleaned immediately after use with water and if needed, with soapy water or detergent.
